This makes this piece at least one generation larger than the retail production pieces. This piece has been painted by our studio paint team, either to create an initial painting pattern determined with the words 'Master' written on the base or as an exhibition or photographic sample. This particular figurine is an original Studio piece used as 'Painting Master 1' for production painting and is initialed and painted by Peggy Horton and initialed and approved to be used as a master by the then head paintress Julie Brown.
