Free painted books (see below for explanation)* Approximately 3.75 inches (99mm) tall. Comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Robert Harrop. Presentation box also included. *You may also notice that the titles of the books have been free handpainted, which marks this as a prototype, as the production pieces had the book titles sculpted in, to make it easier for the painted to handpaint.This particular figurine is an Original Studio Piece used for exhibition purposes or photographed for either our catalogues or other merchandising. A ceramic resin figurine designed, sculpted & painted in Shropshire, England. Produced in 2003 as a Exhibition or Photographic Example. One-off figurine as no other studio masters now exist of this piece. Approximately 5.6 inches (142mm) tall. Comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Robert Harrop. Presentation box also included. Here is a rare opportunity to own a Robert Harrop Designs 'Studio Painted Original', a figurine that came from the first rubber mould that itself was formed from the initial wax sculpt. This makes this piece at least one 'generation' larger than the retail production pieces.
